Official Rules for the "The Great Payments Upheaval" Giveaway
- Eligibility:
- Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, aged 18 years or older.
- Void where prohibited and outside the United States.
- Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Finexio are not eligible to participate.
- Entry Period:
- The giveaway begins at 9:00 AM EST on April 1st, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on April 11th, 2025.
- How to Enter:
- Visit https://info.finexio.com/the-great-payments-upheaval and complete the entry form, including valid contact information.
- Limit one entry per person.
- Prize Details:
- Up to one hundred (100) winners will receive a paperback copy of The Great Payments Upheaval by Chris Wyatt.
- Approximate retail value (ARV) of each book: $24.99.
- No cash or prize substitutions allowed, except at Finexio's discretion.
- Prizes will only be shipped to mailing addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
- Winner Selection:
- Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- The selection process is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winner Notification:
- Winners will be notified via email on or before April 18, 2025.
- Winners must respond within 10 business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- General Conditions:
- By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Finexio, which are final and binding.
- Winners agree to allow Finexio to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
